This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days in the office weekly. The VP, Product Manager – Institutional CRM will optimize Salesforce use to support our institutional business, focusing on user workflows, client experience, and operational efficiency, while incorporating stakeholder feedback.

The ideal candidate will have extensive CRM and Salesforce experience, understanding investor needs, and experience across the private market investment lifecycle. They should be passionate about building technology solutions that add value.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce technology roadmap supporting the institutional investor business.
  • Partner with leadership to align on product vision, strategy, and execution.
  • Communicate product updates effectively to stakeholders.
  • Drive value creation and prioritize product development efforts.
  • Lead the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Support user adoption through training and demonstrations.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to translate complex requirements into solutions.
  • Expertise in Salesforce data models.

    • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years in product management, technology, or related fields within private equity or asset management.
