Your Role
As the second shift Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the maintenance department, including production lines, equipment, buildings, and grounds. You will manage scheduling and personnel to meet production demands, maintain the preventative maintenance system, and help the plant meet or exceed safety and uptime goals. You'll also monitor and control maintenance expenses, including overtime and parts costs. In this onsite position, you will report to the Maintenance Manager in Quincy, MI.
What You will Do
Supervise repairs across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Manage equipment data and maintenance tasks using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Coordinate team training and development
Ensure safety compliance and deliver training
Resolve performance issues and drive improvements
Recommend spare parts inventory levels
Maintain clean, organized workspaces (5S standards)
Communicate and enforce policies
Additional Responsibilities
Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance
Managing Process Safety programs
Ensuring environmental and regulatory compliance (e.g., EGLE)
Point of contact for emergency response efforts
What You Bring
3+ years of maintenance supervision in manufacturing
3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience with strong knowledge of maintenance principles and equipment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Flexibility for shift work, weekends, and holidays
Professional demeanor and collaboration skills
Bonus Skills or Certifications
Journeymans card or technical certification
TPM, SAP, PLC, CMMS and food industry experience
Union experience
Physical Requirements
This role requires regular talking, hearing, standing, and walking. You may occasionally sit, use hands for fine motor tasks, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste, and smell. Lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds may be required. Visual demands include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Compensation :
Pay Range : $63,000-$93,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to : location, relevant experience / level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
