In this vital role the Senior Manager, Field Access Specialists (FAS) is a member of the Patient Access & Reimbursement (PAR) Channel Team with responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of the FAS function for the Inflammation portfolio (Dermatology, Rheumatology, and Primary Care). This includes direct oversight of third-party vendor partners supporting field and virtual reimbursement activities and oversight of Office Practice Manager (OPM) Speaker Bureaus.
Key Responsibilities
This individual leads initiatives to optimize field reimbursement support, drive performance against service level agreements (SLAs), and upholds compliance standards while maintaining a patient-centric mindset.

Basic Qualifications :
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and / or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing / Sales commercial organization
OR
Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and / or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing / Sales commercial organization
OR
Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of Marketing and / or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing / Sales commercial organization
OR
Associate’s Degree and 10 years of Marketing and / or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing / Sales commercial organization
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and / or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing / Sales commercial organization
