Magnolia Green, a well-established landscape design, build, and maintenance company in Meridian, MS, is seeking a motivated Production Manager / Estimator to join our growing team. For over 16 years, we have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service. This role is ideal for someone who can balance the operational responsibilities of managing crews with the analytical skills needed to prepare accurate estimates. For the right candidate, there is also a clear career path into sales with commission opportunities .

Responsibilities :

Manage and schedule daily operations for installation and maintenance crews.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards.

Prepare accurate estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.

Work with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm pricing and availability.

Support, train, and lead crews to improve efficiency and quality.

Communicate with clients to explain estimates, answer questions, and provide updates.

Assist in developing proposals and following up on leads to secure new business.

Track project progress and address challenges proactively.

Qualifications :

Experience in landscaping, construction, or project management preferred.

Strong estimating skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proven leadership ability and prior team management experience.

Excellent communication skills, both with clients and staff.

Proficiency with computers (Excel; scheduling / estimating software a plus).

Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow into a sales role.
