Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in delivering outstanding creative work. You’ll help keep projects moving, ensure communication is clear, and provide the organizational backbone that allows our creatives to focus on what they do best.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency, in-house, or freelance environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design range across branding, digital, print, and campaign work. Be ready to explain the role you participated in each project.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with other design collaboration tools like Apple Works Apps, Keynote, Pages, Numbers.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
- Understanding and knowledge of Print design, web design, and interactive design.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into visual assets that connect with target audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, polished work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bonus : Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and photography.

- Conceptualize and design creative assets for branding, campaigns, social media, print, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with creative directors, project managers, writers, and other team members to bring ideas to life.
- Develop visual identities and brand guidelines that maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Adapt existing designs for multiple formats and channels while maintaining creative integrity.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
- Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital delivery.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, applying them when appropriate.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with client objectives and Anyone Collective’s standards of excellence.
- Support the team on presentations, mockups, and pitch materials when needed.
