AV / VC Technician

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Manage and support Audio Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) systems across global offices (NY, London, Paris, Hong Kong)
• Lead AV / UC projects, including installation, configuration, and upgrade of systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, Webex, RingCentral) and AV equipment
• Provide high-level technical support to executives and during events
• Evaluate and recommend new AV / UC technologies to improve operations
• Ensure seamless operation and maintenance of Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, and AMX control systems
• Administer and support Active Directory, Group Policy, and network connectivity (VPN, VoIP) for AV / UC systems
• Manage device deployment and security using JAMF, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and related tools
• Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Document processes, provide user training, and maintain system standards
