Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to coordinate and provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Northwest Columbus area. This role focuses on both clinical excellence and meaningful patient engagement, enabling our nurses to deliver personalized care while working collaboratively within a supportive, interdisciplinary team.
