Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Wound Care for a travel nursing job in Jackson, Tennessee.

Position : Wound Care Program Clinical Leader (RN)

Shift : Day | 5x8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday (40 hours / week)

Summary :

The Wound Care Program Clinical Leader provides clinical leadership to enhance the quality and outcomes of wound care services. This role focuses on developing and implementing evidence-based protocols, education, and competency standards for clinicians, ensuring superior patient outcomes and adherence to Select Medical’s safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead wound care initiatives across hospital programs.

Develop and update clinical protocols, product formulary, and education materials.

Establish and evaluate clinician competencies in wound management.

Collaborate with medical and education departments on training, research, and process improvement.

Analyze wound patterns to guide performance improvement and prevent pressure injuries.

Maintain education databases and track competency outcomes.

Promote patient and employee safety within the 10-Foot Circle of Safety framework.

Requirements :

Valid State RN License

WCC required; CWCN, CWOCN, or CWS preferred

BSN required

BLS certification

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

Strong presentation, leadership, and organizational skills

Contract : 13 weeks | Guaranteed 40 hours per week
