The Slate Student Success Implementations Strategist role is in charge of the day-to-day operations and strategic success of their clients' Slate Student Success Implementations, Consultations, Assessments, and Audits by providing expert guidance and Slate expertise.
Responsibilities
- Slate Student Success Implementations, Consultations, Assessments, and Audits
Lead and support the build of Slate Student Success Implementations for partner institutions, including all data architecture, process development and technical implementation, data migration and integrations, portals, and more
Own the troubleshooting, building, and advising of all assigned Slate projectsActively communicate with clients about Slate builds, explaining processes, strategy, and implications over scheduled calls or in writingOwn the management, communication, and organization of projects by developing timelines, mapping processes, and fostering an organizational mindsetCollaborate closely with members of the client project team (Accounts and other Strategists) to assure smooth and accurate implementation and consultation operationsPlay a crucial role in recommending student success and retention processes, providing strategic insights based on past implementations, professional experience, and industry trendsInternal Project ContributionContribute to team innovation ideation conversations, taking ownership of projects, processes, and integrations that interest them and meet the needs of the team
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of Slate features, including, but not limited to, advanced queries, dashboards, datasets, deliver, entities, events (including active scheduler), fields and prompts, forms, rules, tasks and projects, and upload datasetIntermediate to advanced knowledge of student success and retention processes and strategyExcellent organizational skills; attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making skillsInterpersonal skills to positively collaborate with team members and represent the company to clientsEffective communication and time management skills for a remote work environment as well as the ability to use / learn multiple technology platforms and switch between them on a regular basisMust be able to work at a computer for prolonged periodsExperience
Associate / bachelor's degree or equivalent life / work experienceMinimum of one year of intermediate to advanced experience in Technolutions Slate CRMMinimum of one year of experience in higher educationBenefits
