Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage teams across Onboarding, Support, Customer Success, and Ongoing Services
Develop and implement a customer experience strategy to enhance retention and drive upsells
Oversee key customer metrics and collaborate with Sales and Product to identify revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS
Experience with complex onboarding processes and multi-module enterprise software
Proven success in driving customer outcomes across various functions
Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and continuous improvement
