Key Responsibilities
Present complex actuarial results clearly to clients and provide solutions to challenging issues.
Manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
Advise on employer-sponsored health care, compliance requirements (ACA, No Surprises Act), and vendor management (insurance carriers, PBMs, niche providers).
Perform and review active health and retiree medical valuations, pricing, projections, and related analyses.
Lead client meetings, maintain relationships, oversee contracts / invoicing, and mentor staff.
Qualifications
FSA with extensive health care consulting experience.
Skilled in active health and welfare plans, retiree medical valuations, and actuarial review.
Strong communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, clients, and teams.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Access, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau a plus.
Business development experience preferred.
Client travel required.
