IDR is seeking a Senior Construction Recruiter to join one of our top clients in Nashville. This role plays a key part in identifying and securing top talent for their construction teams, with a focus on residential and affordable housing projects. Position Overview & Responsibilities :
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for construction roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and construction leadership to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and industry events.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including job site visits and virtual meetings, to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal policies.
