Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads to clients
Conduct comparison shopping to offer unbiased recommendations from top A-rated carriers
Participate in performance-based incentives and sales contests
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; telesales experience preferred
Must possess an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Job stability and a track record of career progression preferred
Proficient in using technology and CRM systems
