About The Position

Job Title : ICU Nurse Nights

Profession : Nursing

Specialty : ICU

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Nights

Hours per Shift : 11.5 hours

Experience : Minimum of 3 years ICU experience required.

License : RN License to practice in Client or by reciprocity.

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS required.

Must-Have :

• BSN or higher degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Efficient in managing patients with EVD and multiple medication drips.
• Experience using Hemosphere Flotrac.
• Proficient in managing trauma patients of varying severities.
• Ability to perform assessments using CAM, CPOT, and RASS.
• Skilled in the care of patients undergoing hypothermia treatment.
• Familiar with pleurevac chest tube drainage.
• Experience with Allscript EMR.
• Must adhere to strict isolation precautions, including hand hygiene protocols.
• Must follow standard operating procedures and critical care practices.
• Familiar with the use of PCA pumps.

Description :

Requires certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Must possess a minimum of 3 years of ICU experience.

Efficient in managing patients with complex medical needs.

Competent in trauma assessment and intervention.

Familiar with critical care equipment and documentation systems.

Must demonstrate adherence to established safety and hygiene protocols.
