Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who thrives on closing business while also delivering excellent client service? The Friel Agency is seeking an Account Manager who can fuel agency growth through proactive sales while ensuring customers receive the support and care they deserve.

This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.

Role Description

As an Account Manager, youll play a vital role in driving our agencys success. You will develop customer relationships, consult on policy needs, and use your sales expertise to generate new business opportunities. At the same time, youll provide dependable service support, ensuring customers feel confident and protected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth Recommend, explain, and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads.
  • Strengthen Relationships Build loyalty through proactive policy reviews and personalized recommendations.

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to confidently engage in sales conversations.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).
