• Assess residents' healthcare needs and oversee daily care.\n
• Ensure accurate and timely medication administration.\n
• Keep precise and up-to-date medical records for residents.\n
• Ensure documentation is completed in a timely and compliant manner.\n
• Foster communication among the healthcare team, residents, families, and other stakeholders.\n
• Address concerns from residents or families, working toward effective solutions.\n
• Enforce infection control protocols and ensure safety measures are met.\n
• Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives to meet or exceed healthcare standards.\n\nWork Schedule\n
• On site 32+ hours per week\n
• Standard hours : Monday-Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM\n\nQualifications\n
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of Michigan.\n
• One-year previous experience in a residential setting preferred.\n
