Role Description

This is a full-time Real Estate Paralegal role with the possibility of hybrid / remote options for the right candidate. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research and gathering relevant documents for real estate closing transactions, managing files and maintaining organized records for closings, communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders regarding file updates and documentation, due diligence, handling title insurance, and working with residential real estate transactions on a day-to-day basis ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines throughout the real estate process.

Qualifications

• Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence skills
• Experience with Title Insurance
• Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
