Overview :
Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and digital product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Lead cross-functional agile teams through the full product lifecycle-from requirements gathering and design to delivery and optimization. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to ensure transparency, prioritization, and delivery of high-value features. Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews. Identify and remove blockers to ensure teams can achieve sprint goals and maintain velocity. Translate strategic objectives into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Monitor product performance using relevant KPIs and analytics to inform iteration and continuous improvement. Maintain flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities, technical constraints, or stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications :
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and experience leading agile product delivery teams. Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision. Experience working in IT environments, ideally involving software, platforms, APIs, or digital services. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in healthcare, fintech, or regulated digital environments. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar. Knowledge of digital architecture, cloud platforms, or API-based integrations.
Education :
8+ years of relevant experience with a degree (Required) 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required)
Certification / Licensure :
Product management or agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PM / PO, Pragmatic Institute) (Preferred)
Experience :
Required to have experience working in IT environments, ideally involving software, platforms, APIs, or digital services. Required to have 8+ years of product management or relevant experience with a degree, or 10+ years without a degree. Required to have experience working in Agile / Scrum technologies.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is : $91,416.00-$152,380.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
