DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates schedules for all Hannaford pharmacies, including pharmacists'

vacation time, sick calls, emergency needs, FMLA, LOA, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug testing as required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong keyboard skills and a demonstrated ability to learn new software applications.

Proficient in MS word, excel, and outlook.

Physical Requirements

1. Sit or stand 100% of the shift with occasional walking short distances.

2. Use of computer and phone equipment 100% of time.

3. Clerical accuracy skills and mathematical skills.

5. Frequent / continuous reaching, grasping, lifting, and carrying up to 20 lb. below the

waist level and at or above shoulder level.

6. Bend at the knees and waist repetitively throughout the workday.

7. Have sufficient visual acuity and audio capability to process prescriptions and service

stores with scheduling needs.

Salary range is between $ 21.80 - $29.00 Hrly
