Automotive Service Advisor

Modern Nissan of Concord has a career opportunity for an Automotive Service Advisor. Come join the team of talented service professionals at Modern Nissan of Concord. Responsibilities for this position include :

  • Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
  • Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle according to manufacturer's specifications
  • Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years' experience in an automotive service dealership preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Outstanding organizational and follow up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
