Pay : $20- $25 an hour- Full-time

Requirements

• Willing and able to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
• At least 1+ years of supervisory experience in lake / pond maintenance, landscaping, commercial mowing, or similar fields.
• Al least 1+ year of background and formal experience in lake / pond maintenance, landscaping, commercial mowing, turf management, pesticide application
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.
• Ability to walk on steep slopes for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns, and other environmental risks.
• Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment.
• Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others.
• Must comply with Dragonfly's policies and procedures.
