Iconica is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to join our team!

The Construction Project Manager II will lead mid-sized projects while supporting senior team members on larger, more complex projects. Key responsibilities include :

  • Driving project success through effective cost management and risk mitigation.
  • Delivering high-quality spaces that meet performance and design expectations.
  • Managing project schedules, overseeing safety, and ensuring commitments are met.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to foster long-term collaboration.

Qualifications & Background :

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Four years of experience in commercial construction; prior project management experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Procore is a plus.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High initiative and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
