Key Responsibilities
Manage the Owner Support case / email queue, ensuring prompt actions are taken
Maintain and prioritize the task queue to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Review and process incoming mail documents according to company procedures
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in property management
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Demonstrated capacity to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Completion of a background investigation is required for employment
