Sourcing and Procurement Lead

A company is looking for a PDS Sourcing & Procurement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategies for Sourcing & Procurement functions, including vendor management and risk management

Provide strategic vision and best practices for Sourcing and Procurement aspects of the PDS business

Manage supplier performance and compliance, while developing and maintaining analytical methods for monitoring effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) and 15+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred

10+ years of supervisory experience

Experience in project management and business transitions preferred

Strong analytical ability and proven leadership skills in a decentralized environment

Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
