Relationship Manager
This position is a Relationship Manager within the Alternatives segment. The successful candidate will have responsibility for a number of large state street strategic clients that are serviced across fund domiciles in North America, EMEA and APAC. The role presents an opportunity to engage with senior executives both internally and at industry leading alternatives managers to help shape and drive state street's strategy in servicing a number of strategic clients in North America. The relationship manager will cultivate a deep understanding of the client's business and the services provided by state street, with the objective of optimizing client satisfaction, ensuring that the client experiences an excellent client experience at state street. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within their client base. Individual accountabilities include client & STT strategic alignment, thought leadership, client communication, monitoring satisfaction levels and sharing feedback out strategic revenue opportunities and relationship governance. The relationship manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders in commercial negotiations and will ensure compliance with contract terms. Salary Range : $90,000 - $142,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
