Director, Product Management R&D

This role will be located at our Loveland, Ohio facility.

Overview :

The Director, Product Management will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing propulsion programs and serve as Beehive's primary point of contact with the customer. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of DoD business practices and program requirements.

Duties :

• Responsible for ensuring Beehive technology development programs deliver on requirements, cost, and schedule
• Effectively interface and collaborate with external customers, senior leaders, technical teams, and operations teams to ensure overall program success and drive future business opportunities
• Work with leaders to influence how product management should be implemented on current and future projects. Support continuous improvement of program management processes and tools.
• Take on key department wide initiatives, working with a variety of cross functional stakeholders to improve the overall technical capabilities within the organization
