job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssociate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology required. Bachelor's degree considered a plus. A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience. Candidates with additional years of experience are encouraged to apply. Must have WI PLS within 6 months of hire or be in the process of obtaining licensure. Experience in AutoCAD and / or MicroStation, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office. Preparation of ALTA / NSPS Land Title surveys, Certified Survey Maps, Plat of Surveys, and Exhibits. Preparation of WisDOT Transportation Project Plats, Traditional Plats, and Acquisition Exhibits.
Primary responsibilities may include :
- Project Management.
- Assisting in proposal preparation.
- Overseeing survey projects from planning and execution, to data analysis and client communication, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Perform occasional field work as required.
