SNI Companies has partnered with a reputable Financial Services company in the North Dallas area that is seeking a Title Manager to join their organization. This role is responsible for managing a team of employees and the process of both the Remarketing and Titling departments. Requires ability to monitor, assign and follow up on cases for repossessions, auctions, and titles for funded contracts.
Base pay range
$70,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities
- Ability to exercise discretion & independent judgements & make decisions on all related matters.
- Make decisions on all remarketing and titling matters.
- Manage the Re-marketing / Title departments & all related matters.
- Knowledgeable on legal proceedings with regards to replevins.
- Communicate with assigned attorney's and court officers.
- Successfully complete company's training & certificates.
- Achieve required score on FDCPA test, collection & general compliance tests.
- Comply with policies & procedures as required.
- Must be organized & detail orientated to meet requirements on all resales & lien perfections.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality & privacy.
- Record & update full & complete account information to aid in account resolution.
- Contact customers via outbound / inbound phone calls & other means of communication by using the company's call model to secure collateral or title stipulation by negotiating payment terms.
Qualifications
5+ years previous title, re-marketing or collections experiences.Knowledge & experience related to the titling and remarketing process.Knowledge & prior experience understanding the Uniform Commercial Code.Previous experience with identifying, assigning, & monitoring repossessions.Ability to read, interpret, & apply laws, rules, & regulations on a state-by-state basisMake recommendations to litigate while following all state & federal laws & regulations.Call center experience preferred in automotive or recreational vehicle.Previous management or supervisor experience is a plus.Ability to complete high volume of inbound & outbound phone calls.Previous experience & adherence to FDCPA, federal laws & regulations.Ability to communicate effectively in a respectful & professional manner.High School Diploma or equivalency is required.Ability to read, write & speak fluent English; Bi-lingual is a plus.Seniority level
