Job Title : Project Management Specialist - Finance, Accounting, & Banking Operations
This position is an on-site assignment.
Summary :
The Project Management Specialist plays a key role in operational and planning support for Transpecos Banks (TPB) projects, technology implementations, and process / procedure improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on project management person who will work with operations teams, project management office, and others to ensure timely and effective implementations.

- Provide operational and planning support for Transpecos Banks' portfolio of transformational projects, technology implementations, and process / procedure improvement initiatives. Work with bank leaders as assigned to drive operational discipline and improvement across the bank.
- Facilitate project team efforts to define and manage scope, develop roadmaps, prioritize and deliver objectives and features. Ensure identification and coordination of dependencies among interrelated efforts.
- Develop and oversee processes to continually track and communicate program status, issues and solutions using appropriate tools.
- Coordinate efforts of technology and other vendors and hold accountable for delivery of contractual commitments.
- Continually seek ways to improve processes, operations, and coordination across the Bank.
- Monitor and manage budget of programmatic efforts.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
