Responsibilities
Food Prep & Cooking
Prepare food according to recipes and Wonder standardsMaintain kitchen stations and ensure cleanliness and orderlinessLabel and store food per Food Safety and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelinesPerform inventory checks and maintain accuracy by scanning items in and outEnsure food meets temperature standardsPack meals with care and accuracy, ensuring correct portions and complete orders before dispatchVerify meal and order accuracy before hand-off to guests or deliveryCustomer Service & Order Dispatch
Provide exceptional hospitalityEducate customers on the Wonder brand, the Wonder app, and restaurantsAssist customers with in-restaurant and pick-up orders and paymentsManage meal-kit deliveries and order accuracyDispatch orders accurately to couriers for delivery or in-store pickupGreet guests at the door or outside the entrance, offering a warm and professional welcomeAssist with marketing efforts outside the restaurant, such as handing out flyers or engaging passersby to promote brand awareness and drive trafficCleaning & Sanitation
Adhere to food safety, health, and sanitation procedures and standardsEnsure adequate supply and cleanliness of cookware and utensilsThoroughly clean, sanitize and maintain all areas of the facility, inclusive of both front and back of house and all kitchen areasWash and sanitize cookware, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift to maintain cleanliness and food safety standardsMonitor equipment functionality and report issuesManage waste removal efficientlyPerform additional tasks as assignedQualifications
At least 6 months of kitchen experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environmentAccuracy and speed in executing tasksStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective verbal communication skillsAbility to follow directions accuratelyStrong team player with knowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesRequirements
