A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide first-line technical support for Business Intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for BI tool-related issues
Respond to user queries and assist with login / access issues and troubleshooting
Document issues and collaborate with higher-tier support and development teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
3-5 years of experience in IT help desk or technical support role
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx from an end-user or support perspective
Experience with AI-related tools and basic understanding of data visualization concepts
Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office
