Staff Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to drive customer-focused prototyping and full-stack software development of digital solutions in the agri-food value chain.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leads to define challenges and shape MVP solutions

Rapidly prototype and iterate on digital products using React and Python

Lead full-stack feature development, including cloud infrastructure using Azure and Terraform

Required Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience in software development (MS 8+ or PhD 6+)

Full-stack development experience with React, Python, and / or Java

Cloud deployment experience with Azure; AWS is a plus

Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
