Job Responsibilities

• Support the Government in Mission Partner (MP) engagement, on-boarding, and administration (e.g. "Customer Journey"), including initial discovery, requirements capture, solutioning, service agreement, and continuing customer relationship management.
• Ensure the network topology meets the allocated Quality of Service (QoS) bandwidth budget while meeting the performance requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver engineering documentation and installation artifacts in support of all site processes for the fielding and integration of meshONE-T equipment (e.g., site survey information, AF Form 332, engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, circuit diagrams, install and checkout plans).
• Implement the Service Design to incrementally deliver Government-approved meshONE-T system components, services, and capabilities to satisfy the requirements in the SRD.
• Use Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA) engineering and systems engineering processes to develop, design, and verify that the system meets the documented requirements and is consistent with DoD Guide for Achieving Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability, 3 August 2005.
• Develop a Technical Implementation Specification (TIS) for each MP detailing the services, technical solution, and the unique interface details between meshONE-T and the MP, for inclusion in the respective SSA.
• Review external stakeholder connection information and other interface document changes, provide suggested red line changes, perform impact assessments, and present details to the Government as required.
