Overview The Print Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the full print production process—from initial project conception with Designers and Account teams through fulfillment and delivery. This role ensures that all printed materials for Marketing & Communications and its key stakeholders are produced on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Part-time 20 hours a week
In office in Boston area for the 1st month, potential for hybrid afterward
Max pay rate : $37
Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with Designers and Account teams to plan production requirements for each project
Request and review quotes from external print vendors
Schedule and track production timelines to ensure timely delivery
Oversee quality control throughout the production process
Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to align expectations and resolve issues
Monitor costs to ensure projects remain within budget
Troubleshoot production challenges and recommend solutions
Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Technical knowledge of print production processes and workflows
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Comfortable with Mac OS and Dropbox file management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent practical experience
1–3 years of experience in commercial printing required
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign preferred but not required
