Job Title : Assembler

Responsibilities

• Conduct prebuild inspections of components, noting any pre-existing or handling damage before starting the build process.
• Utilize approved manufacturing work instructions to use hand, pneumatic, and power tools to assemble components according to drawing specifications, while adhering to quality requirements and best practices.
• Perform assembly processes such as installing gaskets, insulating units, and installing and tightening hardware.
• Prepare surfaces and apply sealants and taping using approved cleaning methods and drawing specifications during various stages of the build process.
• Inform the supervisor of any part or equipment defects noted during the cleaning process.
• Monitor the shelf life of consumables used in the build process and follow established disposal methods for consumable material.
• Provide support and assistance to other technicians and team members as directed and perform any other duties as assigned by the Cell Leader or Seasoned Personnel.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure compliance with company rules and policies.
• Comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules, guidelines, and regulations.
• Understand and comply with applicable standards such as ISO and CMMI.
• Maintain and safeguard business records.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.14 - $18.14 / hr.
