We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Front of House Supervisor to join our team at a high-end establishment in Marlborough. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all front of house activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service
  • Train and motivate front of house staff to deliver top-notch service and uphold company standards
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection of new staff members
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and back of house staff to ensure efficient service and a positive overall dining experience for guests
  • Prepare and update staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
