Charity Events Assistant – Entry Level

We’re seeking enthusiastic, entry-level candidates to join our dynamic outreach team as Charity Events Assistants .

In this role, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and execute live events that support impactful nonprofit campaigns, all while gaining hands-on experience and professional growth opportunities.

No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and guidance to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do Assist with planning, organizing, and executing charity events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns Support event logistics , including setup, registration, signage, and volunteer coordination Engage with donors, supporters, and the public to share nonprofit goals and encourage participation Manage promotional materials, event supplies, and communications to ensure smooth execution Collect and update donor data, and assist with reporting and post-event follow-ups Collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit partners to ensure successful outcomes Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop event and outreach skills Who You Are Passionate about nonprofit work, community service, or social impact Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking Friendly, professional, and confident in face-to-face interactions Team player who thrives in fast-paced, public-facing roles 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
