Shift : Mon-Fri, 10 : 30 to 7 : 30

• Training period 120 days- 100% onsite- hours for training will be discussed during interview process but likely 9am-6pm M-F or possibility of aligning with Mexico hours based on who will be training.
• After training will transition to Hybrid role- 3 days on-site, 2 remote
• Work location is Hialeah, FL Candidate hours will be Mexico Business Hours and working through US Holidays-Honoring Mexico Holidays.

Required Skills :

1-2 years Banking / Financial industry experience.

Description :

Day to day activities will include being responsible for reading, analyzing and / or determining appropriate handling and resolution of requests.

Requests consist of treasury, cash management, card and / or depository products.

May work with internal business partners to provide resolution to client inquiries, issues, and / or technical support.

First point of contact for inquiries received in LatAm (Mexico) Client Servicing department from high revenue clients via email or phone channel.
