We are seeking a 1st & 2nd Shift Quality Inspector to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
- Create Purchase Orders to send to outside processing
- Quality inspection of incoming finished goods including visual inspection and some dimensional inspection
- Light blueprint reading
- Comparing incoming certifications to PO requirements
- Touch up of finished goods with paint / CF
- Light repair of machined parts using files and / or sandpaper
- Completion of and entry of data into FAI's
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
