The Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director with a passion for driving sales and shaping the future of the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, leading a sales force across multiple locations, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role involves approximately 50% travel and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the construction industry. Excellent strategic thinking, visioning abilities, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. The role demands the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
