Property Details : Coral Bay has 946 units and is located in San Diego, CA.

Schedule : This is a PART-TIME position working up to 28 hours a week. Monday, Tuesday, Friday 6 : 00 pm to 10 : 00 pm and Saturday-Sunday 1 : 00 pm to 10 : 00 pm.

Target Pay : $24.13 per hour

Role Overview : Our Activities and Amenities Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and management of our shared community amenities offered to all residents of the community. The Activities and Amenities Coordinator is responsible for monitoring these shared amenities and enforcing community policies to ensure visitors of our shared amenities are behaving civilly and responsibly, other visitors are not put in harm's way, and nothing is damaged or stolen in amenity spaces. Depending on the community, the Activities and Amenities Coordinator may also oversee the development, deployment, and coordination of a resident activity program. He or she will report to the Community Manager, who may assign additional duties or areas of responsibility based on staffing and community needs.
