Job Title : Financial Analyst

Location : Oakland, CA

Type : Full time

Our Client is looking for a data-driven professional to join our team as a Strategic & Financial Planning Analyst — someone who can turn insights into impact. In this role, you’ll work across teams to evaluate business performance, forecast trends, and support strategic initiatives that shape long-term growth.

What You’ll Do :

  • Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Analyze data from enterprise and BI systems to assess performance and identify opportunities.
  • Combine internal metrics and external market trends to guide investment and growth strategies.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that bring financial and strategic insights to life.
  • Partner with teams across finance, operations, and strategy to evaluate new initiatives and optimize performance.
  • Monitor market trends and provide recommendations that drive data-informed decision-making.

What You’ll Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial or strategic analysis.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, and tools like SAP, Oracle, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for strategic problem-solving.
