Regulatory Consumer Issues Analyst
The employee in this role is a member of the Florida Power and Light's Regulatory Affairs team, working on the regulatory analysis and resolution of consumer issues and policy matters. This position communicates and collaborates with both external and internal stakeholders, including the Florida Public Service Commission staff and FPL Customer Service and Power Delivery teams on issues involving a variety of regulatory concepts, practices and procedures. Key responsibilities include :
- Oversees tracking of consumer complaints and resolutions involving Florida Public Service Commission, Office of Public Counsel, Attorney General and other agencies
- Reviews and provides feedback on company responses to consumer issues (e.g. elevated complaints)
- Serves as a liaison with the Florida Public Service Commission Consumer Affairs staff
- Identifies issues and trends in consumer issues for management review
- Supports logistics for regulatory proceedings as needed
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
