Minimum Qualifications

Graduation Date

Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at a nationally accredited program.
Actively enrolled in a degree seeking program at the time of application and throughout the duration of the internship or co-op position.
Preferred majors for this position : Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Engineering Science
Preferred academic standing for this position : December 2026 - May 2027 Graduates

Work Authorization / Sponsorship

What You Will Be Doing :

Lead the development of Subscale personnel and operational processes within the manufacturing plant, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and team empowerment to support scalable production capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional product implementation efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver flawless execution from concept to launch.

Manage quote request workflows, acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the development team to ensure timely, accurate, and strategic responses that align with business objectives and customer expectations.

Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and overall business performance, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
