IT Business Analysis Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist, IT Business Analysis (PCaaS Lease Manager).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Lease Manager and Subject Matter Expert for the PCaaS program, collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers

Review and approve lease schedules and invoices, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies

Develop and maintain hardware refresh plans and ServiceNow dashboards to track PCaaS performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 2 years of experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree

At least 4 years of experience in finance or lease management with a successful program implementation track record

Comprehensive knowledge of Finance, Information Technology, or Business Administration

Extensive knowledge of IT asset and service management platforms, particularly ServiceNow

Experience with enterprise-level IT projects and process improvement initiatives
