We are looking for a Client Director to develop business in the Industry and Retail sectors in Catalonia in order to support the organization in achieving its strategic growth and results objectives.
Principal responsibilities :
- Positioning in the Industry and Retail sector in Catalonia, establishing trust connections with key decision-makers in these markets that allow us to know their challenges and offer real solutions to their business needs through the consulting and technological capabilities of Babel.
- Offering consulting advice to help clients understand how technology can solve their specific challenges and improve their operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams within Babel, working in synergy with consultants and technical specialists to ensure that our solutions adapt perfectly to the needs of each client.
- Driving tangible results : Achieving and exceeding the established commercial objectives, contributing to the growth of the client portfolio and the positioning of Babel as a leader in technology consulting in the Industry and Retail sectors.
Requirements :
Solid expertise in IT consulting business development roles for the Industry and Retail sectors.Extensive network of contacts at the executive level in the main clients of the sector, as well as in sectoral organizations or associations.Ability to develop business strategies and generate value propositions for large and medium-sized companies in the target sectors of the position.Knowledge and experience in the sale of technological solutions. Highlighting the focus around Exponential Technologies : Data & AI, Hyperautomation, and Cybersecurity.Excellent communication, negotiation, and long-term relationship-building skills.Ability to work in teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Result orientation, leadership, and focus on customer satisfaction.High level of English.Babel, the great way to achieve the success.
