This position is perfect for individuals who are pursuing degrees in psychology, education, social services, or behavioral sciences, and for those who have experience working in daycares / preschools, para's, babysitters, nannies, or anyone who loves to work with kids!

A Day in the Life of a BT / RBT :

🔆 Provide 1 : 1 Direct Therapy with Clients

🔆 Implement Individualized Skill Acquisition and Behavior Support Programming Created by the BCBA

🔆 Collect Data and Record Data in Online Practice Management System

🔆 Write Session Notes for Therapy Sessions

🔆 Communicate with families about their child's day!

🔆 Receive Supervision from the BCBA while providing Direct Services

🔆 Provide a clean, nurturing, supportive learning environment

🔆 Foster our positive company culture and work environment

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
• Employment is subject to criminal background checks
• Own vehicle or access to own reliable transportation
• Associate's Degree in Psychology, Education or Special Education, or mental health related field preferred.  Bachelor's Degree Highly Preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children or adolescents
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Experience in ABA, PFA / SBT, and Verbal Behavior is preferred but not required
