Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume call environment
Maintain full-time availability for a Monday through Friday schedule, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST
Utilize technical skills to navigate software applications and manage calls effectively
Required Qualifications
Must have a reliable wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
Possess a high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse for optimal performance
Available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST
Preferred residency in Florida or Texas
Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
