Job Title : Global Mobility Specialist

Location : Austin TX

Rate : $30 / hr on W2

Type : Contract - Onsite

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support Client's Global Mobility Program by managing end-to-end employee relocation processes, including domestic, cross-country, and cross-entity moves. Specific

Responsibilities include :

  • Manage employee mobility cases in coordination with key stakeholders such as Payroll, Benefits, Immigration, and HR, ensuring accurate HR transactions and tracking move status.
  • Maintain a centralized tracker for all employee mobility cases and provide weekly status reports to the Global Mobility Leader; escalate issues as needed.
  • Participate in vendor performance reviews and audits.
  • Train Talent Acquisition Recruiters on using the vendor mobility tool and provide ongoing support for related questions.
  • Communicate proactively with employees regarding their mobility status and address inquiries.
  • Perform weekly audits of vendor files and HR records to ensure accuracy of employee move data.
  • Audit vendor invoices, prepare them for leader approval, and coordinate with Finance for payment; resolve any billing discrepancies with vendors.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR, Manager, and Employee FAQs.
  • Keep the HR Global Mobility site up to date with the latest vendor, program, and legal information.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal departments and external service providers regarding mobility processes.
  • Demonstrate operational excellence in delivering high-quality customer service and effective day-to-day administration.
  • Candidate Profile - Ideal Qualifications :

  • Strong background in Global Mobility or HR Operations, with experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong process development skills.
  • Adaptable and able to work across different time zones.
  • Quick learner with the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Team player with critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of Global Mobility processes, best practices, policies, and metrics.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to determine when to make decisions independently and when to escalate issues.
  • Knowledge of HR tools, systems, and processes, and familiarity with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with managers, HR professionals, and external vendors.
  • Fast at learning and implementing new processes.
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate relocation, including hands-on administration of employee moves across countries.
  • Experienced case manager.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems.
