Location : Primarily Remote (occasional travel to Lake Mary, FL)

Are you a natural leader with a passion for improving healthcare systems and outcomes? We’re seeking a Project Manager to take charge of multiple complex initiatives — from planning to execution — driving measurable results that support our mission and goals.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with clinical, administrative, and operational teams to bring projects to life, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and deliver solutions that make a difference in patient care and organizational performance.

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare projects — on time, within scope, and on budget.

Collaborate across departments to define goals, deliverables, and success metrics.

Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement smart solutions.

Serve as the central point of contact, keeping leadership and stakeholders informed.

Present project updates, reports, and dashboards that tell a clear story.

Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, Project Management — or equivalent healthcare project management experience.

PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification (strongly preferred).

Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and large healthcare projects.

Knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and patient-centered care.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Basecamp, etc.).

You’ll play a vital role in shaping healthcare initiatives that matter — while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely, with occasional strategic meetings at our Lake Mary office.

Annual salary range : $60,000-80,000 based on experience
